Meet Our People

Lee PeiYing, Singapore

I joined C&W in November 2008 at the time when the financial crisis had barely begun. With a strong balance sheet and firm belief in people management, I saw how C&W steered through the storm without retrenchments and raced ahead of its peers in bad times.

I started my first year in C&W as a research analyst. In this department, we provide the latest and most accurate research data for the market and help support other divisions with consultancy work, presentations and pitches. I was happy to be given the opportunity to nurture under great mentors during my time there.

My appetite for knowledge did not stop there as I took the opportunity to switch to the Valuation department in June 2010. The exposure I had here was tremendous. It has been an exciting journey thus far as I am able to assist in wide-ranging portfolios. With such steep learning curve, I hope to increase my expertise further and help create more value for our company.

Administrative Assistant

When I first joined C&W 12.5 years ago, there were less than 15 staff members but today C&W has grown tremendously to more than 65 employees. During these 12.5 years, I have been fortunate to have a group of wonderful colleagues & supportive management and this has made my work in C&W both satisfactory & fulfilling.

Joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 is definitely the best career move I have made to date. Real estate is a passion for me and C&W has helped me turn that passion into my career.

As part of the Commercial/Industrial team under C&W’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services, I get to work closely with key decision makers from various established multi-national and global companies, developing critical real estate strategies and providing our clients with creative solutions that may significantly impact the companies’ operations & performance. On top of this, I am also involved in developing new capabilities in Landlord’s representation and Project Marketing services.

Such opportunity to make an impact at work would not have been possible without the combination of support & innovation that is part of the culture at C&W, where ample guidance is always available and questions are always welcome. The highly diverse & collaborative working environment is also an excellent platform for learning & exchanging ideas that help us in coming up with well-rounded & creative solutions for our clients. Change and impact is created when a plan is turned into action. I am glad to have found the avenue to achieve this at Cushman & Wakefield.
