Facilities Coordinator

Corporate Occupier & Investor Services | Singapore


Principal Responsibilities:


  • Facilities and office management
  • Facilities maintenance (preventive, predictive, & reactive)
  • Contractor management



  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Electrical / Mechanical
  • Minimum five (05) years of relevant working experience in commercial / industrial property
  • Experience in managing term contractors and minor project works
  • Have good anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude
  • Good leadership, interpersonal skills and team building spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of risk assessment / risk management onsite
