SINGAPORE, June 16, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that it has renamed its Facilities & Engineering (F&E) business in Singapore to C&W Services from Cushman & Wakefield Facilities & Engineering. The C&W Services name better reflects the diversity of its F&E business as it adapts and grows to meet the changing needs of the industry. C&W Services continues to be a wholly owned entity of Cushman & Wakefield.
As the Singapore F&E landscape evolves and demands more innovative facilities management delivery models, our own business is adapting and changing to meet our customers’ needs beyond standard facility management services. Our business now provides more technical expertise and self-delivers more services in an effort to provide innovative solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
C&W Services will be led by Jun Sochi, Managing Director of Facilities & Engineering. The business manages a variety of facilities ranging from commercial offices, retail, industrial sites, special purpose facilities, broad acre sites and other highly specialized client facilities.
Mr. Sochi said, “We recognize that our clients are looking to service providers like ourselves to deliver innovative solutions to address a variety of facility and workplace demands that include productivity, sustainability, reliability, and cost efficiency. The C&W Services name reflects the broader scope, depth of expertise and the breadth of services to help our clients meet these demands.”
