SINGAPORE, 23 SEPTEMBER 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield successfully assisted global energy firm BHP to transition to a dynamic work environment at its Singapore operations, located at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2. Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory team handled the conversion of 75,000 sf of its MBFC office to encourage greater collaboration and interaction amongst the BHP teams.

This lease was part of number of simultaneous transactions by several parties at MBFC Tower 2 involving over 500,000 sf of space and in total represent the largest commercial office negotiation in 2018 to date.
