Erika is the Director with the Commercial/Industrial department of Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for corporate leasing. She has more than 15 years of real estate experience and possesses a strong business acumen and strategic planning ability to assist in obtaining optimal terms and conditions to meet clients’ expectations. 


Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, Erika was with KC Page Real Estate Advisors for 2 years, responsible for the development and sourcing of new client accounts, concentrating mostly in commercial and industrial sale & leasing for the Singapore market. In fact, Erika started her real estate career in Cushman & Wakefield in 2000 after working for 9 months in DTZ Occupier Services, acquiring her basic skills & knowledge in commercial leasing. Before embarking her career in the real estate field, Erika was with Bridge Information Systems playing a supervisory role and leading a team of Training & Support executives to provide quality services to customers, monitoring and improve the service level of the team.
